Refund, Deposit, and Rescheduling FAQs:
Yes, a 20% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit ensures that your selected time slot is reserved exclusively for you.
If you wish to reschedule, notify us at least 48 hours in advance of your appointment time, your deposit will be carried over to your rescheduled appointment. However, if you fail to notify us within this window or miss your appointment without prior notice, you will forfeit the 25% deposit.
All payments made to Flawless Body and Lash Studio are final. We strictly follow a no-refunds policy. Once a service has been rendered or the booking process for a service has been started, the payment for that service cannot be refunded. However, in exceptional cases, we might offer credits for future services.
Our goal is to provide quality care in a timely manner. To ensure that we can offer timely appointments to all our clients, we have implemented an appointment/cancellation policy.
Appointments are in high demand, and an early cancellation gives another individual the chance to access timely care. This policy is in place to optimize available appointments for all our valued clients.
Upon booking your appointment, you will be required to pay a 25% non-refundable deposit. This deposit will be credited towards your treatment or service.
The time slot has been exclusively reserved for your appointment, procedure, or treatment.
Should you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please provide us with at least 48 hours’ notice. By doing so, your deposit can be applied to a future appointment. If less than 48 hours’ notice is provided, you will forfeit your deposit as a cancellation fee.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, it will be considered a no-show, and your deposit will be forfeited as a cancellation fee.
